This is not “group coaching” and it is not information.
Participants work directly with me, one-on-one, meeting weekly for six weeks to intentionally design and build their legal, tax, and wealth infrastructure from the ground up.
Every session is execution-based.
Each week moves you closer to completion, not just understanding.
What Is Built in 6 Weeks:
By the end of the cohort, participants leave with fully implemented infrastructure, including:
• A properly formed or strategically restructured LLC
• A holding company structure designed for asset protection and privacy
• Three essential business contracts in place to reduce liability and exposure
• Intellectual property identified, protected, and correctly owned by the appropriate entity
• A comprehensive estate plan, including trusts structured for children and family wealth transfer
• Trust accounts opened, funded, and correctly titled to receive assets
• Life insurance obtained and structured to integrate with the estate plan
• Children legally placed on payroll where appropriate, with full compliance and documentation
• Business-based retirement accounts opened and funded through the company
• Brokerage investment accounts established and positioned to invest for both the business owner and their children
The Outcome
At the end of six weeks, participants do not walk away with ideas.
They walk away with real, functioning infrastructure that is built, aligned, and legally sound.
This is for those ready to operate at a higher level, keep more of what they earn, and intentionally structure wealth for their family.
