Led by Chanise Anderson, Esq. — Licensed Attorney, Real Estate Broker, Licensed Life Insurance Professional, and Business & Estate Planning Strategist
What Is This Cohort About?
A 6 week private cohort for women and men ready to legally structure their businesses, protect their families, and implement real wealth strategies.
This is not education only.
This is not theory.
This is not a course you watch and hope to implement later.
This is execution.
Who Is This Cohort For?
This cohort is for anyone who knows they need structure but do not know where to start. You may already be earning income, running a business, or preparing to launch one, but lack clear legal, financial, and legacy infrastructure. This program is designed for anyone who wants guidance, clarity, and direct implementation without guessing or piecing information together.
What We Build in 6 Weeks?
By the end of the cohort, participants will have:
• A properly formed or restructured LLC aligned with ownership and compliance
• A holding company structure designed for asset protection and privacy
• Three core business contracts in place to reduce liability and operational risk
• Intellectual property identified, protected, and correctly owned by the appropriate entity
• A comprehensive estate plan for their family, including trust funds for children
• Trust accounts opened, funded, and properly titled to receive assets
• Life insurance obtained and structured to align with the estate plan
• Children legally placed on payroll where appropriate, with compliance and documentation
• Business based retirement accounts opened and funded through the company
• Brokerage investment accounts established and funded for both the business owner and children
Week 1: Foundation, Protection, and Onboarding
Week one is focused on getting everything on the table so nothing is missed later. During this week, participants complete onboarding and intake forms covering business activity, income, assets, family information, and long term goals, including trust and insurance planning. We review what currently exists, identify gaps in protection, and clarify priorities for the cohort. A life insurance needs analysis is completed, and the process of obtaining coverage begins where appropriate. This week is about awareness and preparation, not decision making. By the end of week one, participants understand what they have, what is missing, and what needs to be built during the remaining weeks of the cohort.

Week 2: Business Structure Decisions and Next Steps
Week two focuses on making clear decisions around how your business is structured and who owns what. During this week, we confirm whether your business needs to be formed or restructured and determine if a holding company is appropriate for your situation. We also identify all intellectual property connected to your business, including brand names, content, programs, and other assets, and determine which entity should own that intellectual property. This week is about eliminating confusion and risk by ensuring that your business structure and intellectual property ownership are aligned correctly from the start. By the end of week two, participants know exactly how their business should be structured, where their intellectual property lives, and what needs to be protected moving forward.

Week 3: Investing and Retirement Implementation
Week three focuses on putting systems in place to turn income into long term wealth. During this week, we determine which retirement accounts make sense based on your business structure and income level and begin the process of opening those accounts. We also identify which investment accounts should be opened for you personally, through your business, and for your children where appropriate. This week is about making sure the right accounts exist and are set up correctly, not about day trading or picking stocks. Trust planning continues in the background so ownership and beneficiaries are aligned. By the end of week three, participants have the appropriate retirement and investment accounts established and understand how these accounts fit into the larger wealth plan.

Week 4: Family Wealth and Children’s Strategies
Week four focuses on how family members formally participate in the business and how decisions are made. During this week, we determine whether it is appropriate to hire your children through the business and outline a compliant payroll structure where applicable, including roles, pay, and documentation. We also introduce the concept of governance and determine whether establishing a board of directors or advisory board makes sense for your business stage and goals. This week is about putting clear authority, accountability, and structure in place so income, decision making, and family involvement are handled intentionally. By the end of week four, participants have a clear family employment strategy and an initial governance framework that supports both growth and long term wealth planning.

Week 5: Trust Finalization and Legacy Structure
Week five focuses on protecting what has been built and deciding how wealth will be held and transferred. During this week, we finalize the estate planning structure and complete the creation of trust documents, including trust funds for children where appropriate. We make clear decisions around trustees, successor trustees, guardianship, and how assets should be managed and distributed over time. We also establish trust accounts and outline the funding strategy so business interests, investment accounts, and life insurance are aligned with the trust. This week is about control, protection, and continuity. By the end of week five, participants have a fully created trust structure designed to preserve wealth and direct how it passes to the next generation.

Week 6:
Week six is focused on bringing everything together and preparing for completion. During this week, we review the full structure built throughout the cohort to ensure all pieces are aligned, including business entities, accounts, insurance, governance decisions, and trust planning. Any remaining gaps or loose ends are identified and addressed so nothing carries over unfinished. We prepare participants for trust signing by reviewing key provisions and confirming final decisions. This week may also include a guest speaker to provide additional perspective on long term wealth, implementation, or next steps beyond the cohort. The program concludes with graduation, leaving participants with clarity, confidence, and a complete infrastructure they understand and are prepared to maintain moving forward.
